Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your purchases from us. If you have any concerns with your purchase please contact us.
Please choose carefully as we don’t generally refund for change of mind. If, at our discretion, we do choose to refund for change of mind, please be aware there is a restocking fee of 10% of your purchase & you are responsible for postage to return original items to us in original condition with all packaging intact. Your refund will be processed once we receive the returned items.
If you receive a faulty product please notify Aura Lowanna within 3 days of receipt. Once you have notified us, you will receive return instructions via email. A photo may be required initially & you may be required to return the product to us for inspection. Diffusers will need to be returned for testing. Please do not return any item until you have been given return instructions.
If you choose a refund, your purchase price will be refunded to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you choose to exchange, we will post your replacement free of charge to you.
Our policy does not exclude or replace your rights under Australian Consumer Law & Regulations.
